Biloela Junior Cricket Club were due for new club uniforms and a member of their committee reached out to me to design the club a new logo to place on the new uniforms. They wanted to keep the original club colours of black, red and white with a fresh, modern-looking logo.

All of my logo concepts start with drawings in my sketch book. I try to come up with as many quick designs (see sketches below) as I can and then eliminate the ones aren’t working and refine the ones that are.

The final design is easily recognisable as a cricket club logo and honours the traditional colours of the long-standing club.
